Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC (“KSF”) are investigating the merger of ACRES Commercial Realty Corp. (NYSE: ACR) ("ACR" or the "Company") and ACRES Capital Corp. ("ACC") pursuant to which ACR will acquire ACC in an all-stock transaction.
