Texas LNG is the liquefied natural gas export terminal being developed in the Port of Brownsville, Texas, by Glenfarne affiliate Texas LNG Brownsville LLC.

In line with Texas LNG’s “Green by Design” approach, the tugboats will be among the most modern, low-emissions tugboats available to serve a facility of Texas LNG’s size.

The HOA anticipates the finalization of a definitive 15-year LNG tolling agreement for 0.5 MTPA of LNG from the first train of Texas LNG.

Texas LNG, a four million tonnes per annum (“MTPA”) liquefied natural gas (“LNG”) export terminal to be constructed in the Port of Brownsville, and ABB have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on core automation and electrical equipment for the new facility. As part of the MoU, Texas LNG and ABB have agreed to a framework for ABB to make an investment in the project.
