NASDAQ: ISSC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Silfen to its Board of Directors (“Board”) as an independent director, effective immediately. Mr. Silfen will stand for election at the Company's next annual meeting of shareholders or until his successor is duly elected and qualified or until his earlier, death, disqualification, resignation, or removal. With Mr. Silfen’s appointment, the Board has been expanded to seven directors.
