Savino returns to tZERO after six-and-a-half years with the company, where she most recently served as Deputy General Counsel and Chief of Legal and Compliance Staff. During her prior tenure, she played a central role in shaping tZERO’s regulatory framework, overseeing complex transactions, and building the company’s governance and compliance infrastructure as it pioneered new models for digital securities and tokenized assets.
