Retired U.S. Air Force Lt Gen Gina M. Grosso, the first woman to serve as the Air Force’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Manpower, Personnel and Services, provided strategic insight for the Ro& Heroes initiative.

The initiative offers two paths within the Ro& ecosystem:
Veteran Partners — participants who complete the Ro& Platform’s structured training can deploy it across safety, protective-services, or resilience applications.
Veteran Affiliates — advocates who connect organizations and communities to the Ro& Platform while earning verified referral commissions.
